Why we do what we do.
CircaThera began with a simple belief: care works better when people work together.
In 2007, our founder led a New Jersey program recognized among the top multidisciplinary programs in the state. Behavioral health, speech, occupational therapy, physical therapy, educators, and families worked together around each learner.

We saw the difference connected care could make. Teams had greater visibility. Providers could collaborate. Families were partners. Care was coordinated around the needs of the learner.
That experience became the foundation for CircaThera.
​
Our approach was also shaped by CABAS, developed at Columbia University, and its commitment to science, measurement, and meaningful outcomes. It reinforced a belief that still guides us today: dissemination does not have to mean dilution.
Exceptional science should not be limited to a small number of people or programs. Technology can help make evidence-based care more accessible while preserving the quality, rigor, and dignity every person deserves.

Today, CircaThera brings that vision into one connected platform. From intake and early intervention through school, clinical care, and adulthood, we help teams replace fragmentation with visibility, connection, collaboration, and coordination across the lifespan.
